Founded by YouTube celebrity, Emma Chamberlain, Chamberlain Coffee makes high-quality coffee and drinks sold at an accessible price, made in the USA. They use their marketing landing pages to increase conversion through user generated content, reviews, and cross-sells.

Chamberlain Coffee's Matcha Bundle marketing landing page

Chamberlain Coffee uses their marketing landing page to promote a product bundle. In this example, they promote their Matcha Bundle and re-create the journey of someone on the product detail page including reviews, ingredient list, and social proof.

Customers are kept focused on adding the product to cart on this page with a single call-to-action navigation that is only available on the marketing landing page. This removes the distraction from the other website pages for a more focused shopping experience.

Chamberlain Coffee's User Generated Content sections

The landing page uses community-focused punchy headlines such as ‘This Matcha Sold Out 5 Times’ to encourage customers to purchase the product through social proof. This gives customers "the idea that a lot of people are purchasing it, reinforcing this sense of FOMO within the target customer, because it’s clearly a popular item that others are enjoying."

Product module within the landing page

Chamberlain Coffee unifies the product detail page and marketing landing page shopping experiences by leveraging a similar module from the hero of the product detail page on the marketing landing page.

Affiliate partner landing page

Similarly Chamberlain Coffee's affiliate referral landing page is highly effective in converting customers and growing their loyal community. When a customer decides to be an affiliate, they are presented with a landing page that prompts them to send their affiliate discount code to their friends and family.

Affiliate landing page

The recipient receives an email from Chamberlain Coffee letting them know that they have an exclusive offer waiting for them. The affiliate landing page provides an overview of the brand, builds credibility through reviews, and converts customers through the exclusive affiliate discount code. An FAQ section addresses common queries and concerns that customers might have, such as shipping times, subscription options, and brewing instructions.

Social proof and FAQ modules on the LP

As users scroll through the page, the sticky add to cart button remains fixed at the bottom of the screen, ensuring easy access to the purchasing process at all times. Once the customer adds a product to cart, the discount code is prominently displayed in both the mini cart and checkout.
