Subscribers customize their shipment by selecting their brew, whether the coffee is in bean or ground form, how many bags they want, and how often they want their coffee delivered.
Once a customer has confirmed and purchased their subscription, they can manage their subscription from their account dashboard. In the dashboard, the delivery date, subscription frequency, and product selection can be edited. Subscribers can also add on a one-time purchase to their delivery or start a new subscription.
If a subscriber wishes to cancel their subscription, Nguyen Coffee Supply asks for feedback about why they want to cancel. Subscribers that say they “already have more than [they] need” or that they “need it sooner” are reminded that they are able to pause or update their delivery schedule.
Selecting that the subscription is “too expensive” leads to Nguyen Coffee Supply offering a 15% off discount for the next three shipments.
After about a month, customers that canceled their subscription receive a “Long Time No See” email that incentives them to reactivate their subscription with a 15% off discount for the next order.
