To help customers achieve their healthiest hair, OUAI designed a quiz that curates a personalized hair care routine to solve their customer’s biggest hair concerns. 

The quiz begins by asking about the user's hair goals, to offer products most suited for their environment, hair type, and daily routine. 

Through personalized questions and supporting imagery, OUAI's quiz asks users to identify their hair type and describe their hair history, goals, treatments, daily routines, and preferred scents. 

Upon completing the quiz, OUAI shares a personalized hair and body self-care routine including shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, treatments, serums, and more. 

From the custom results page, customers can add the recommended products to their basket, save the results via email, or retake the quiz. OUAI also recommends additional products that the customer may also enjoy to supplement their essential products.
