The Product Finder Quiz consists of five key questions that are used to formulate the best SPF recommendation for their customers. The user-friendly interface includes a sunshine progress bar so customers can easily keep track of their progress.
Supergoop! starts the quiz off by asking who the product will be for, then diving deeper into possible use cases. Are they planning on using it every day? Or just while at the pool? After gathering that information, Supergoop! can serve up a certain product – knowing that different products will be better suited for different customers
As the quiz continues they gather information about customer skin type, their SPF goals and their favorite SPF formats.
Each question includes a small fun fact at the bottom relating to the content of the question. Not only does this better inform the reader so they can make educated selections, but it keeps the user engaged through cheery copy and graphics.
The results page serves up the customer’s SPF must-have and showcases an entire “SPF wardrobe” that combines other recommendations into a four-step routine, giving them the option to add all to cart.
