Skincare with a Purpose: How Glow Recipe Boosts Conversion & AOV with their Mini-Cart
Hero Cosmetics' is an all-natural, vegan, and cruelty-free cosmetics brand focused on acne prevention, care, and treatment. Their 2023 omni-channel holiday campaign engaged their customers during the BFCM holiday season through daily deal drops, holiday campaign landing pages, curated bundles, and product promotions.
To make holiday shopping across their site easy, Hero Cosmetics added a dedicated "Holiday" category to their navigation. This category served as a hub for all products holiday-related, ensuring that customers could quickly access deals on the best skincare solutions for their needs.
Hero Cosmetics' holiday campaign kicked off with a Gift Guide landing page, which featured curated bundles for everyone in the family. While the specific product bundles may not have been new on the site, with the new holiday photography Hero Cosmetics re-merchandised these bundles effectively to promote them for the holidays. The landing page featured a dark green background, festive illustrations, and colorful monochrome holiday product images for each bundle.
This holiday-themed photography was also translated across Hero Cosmetic’s product detail pages, where additional holiday promotions were featured throughout the page. The key promotion featured was a limited-edition gift bag included with all kit purchases.
After the Gift Guide landing page dropped, Hero Cosmetics then launched at 5 Days of Gifting campaign mid-November for early BFCM shopping sales. They promoted this on not only a dedicated landing page, but on their Instagram posts, Instagram stories, and via email.
